2 lb. cut up goat shoulder,
1/8 c. smoke paprika,
1/8 c. cumin,
1 - 2 tsp. dry red chili,
2 tsp. granulated garlic,

3 oz. celery,
3 oz. carrots,
8-9 oz. onion,
3-4 oz. green pepper ,
1/2 c. dry white wine,
1/4 c. cider venegar,
1/8 c. tumeric,
1 tsp. ground bay leaves,
1 c. crushed tomato,
1/2 T. Himalayan pink salt
