Heavy cream and butter are used.

2 boneless pork chops 7.5 - 8 oz. ea.
6.5 oz non tart apples
1 tsp. fresh rosemary
1/4 c. fresh cranberries
2 T. butter
1/8 c. raisins
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. fresh garlic
2 T. flour
salt and pepper
1 tsp. fresh parsley
