Tempeh And Tofu With Veggies

Vegan and healthy.

8 oz. tempeh(organic) 3 grains-brown rice barley and millet with soybean,
6.3 oz medium tofu,
1/4 tsp. sesame oil added with scallions,
1&1/2 tsp. granulated yeast,
1 tsp. fresh ginger with veggies,
1.3 oz onion,
4 large garlic cloves,
2 T. olive oil,
3 T. soy sauce or tamari,
2 oz. fresh broccoli,
3 oz. fresh cauliflower,
4 baby bell mushrooms ( no stems ),
1.3 oz celery,
1.2 oz. carrot
