Shrimp Sauteed With Middle Estern Spices

sauteed in 1 T. butter and 1 T. olive oil with spices. The video shows the exact timing to cook 1 lb. 16-20 ct. shrimps with shell on. The rub has
1/2T. garlic powder,
1T.dry ginger,
1T. cumin,
1T. tumeric and 1/2 tsp.salt,
1/4tsp. black pepper,
1/3-1/2 c. dry white wine( no cooking wines ),
1/3 c. water
