Stuffed Portebello Mushroom With Spinach Broccoli And Cheese

recipe for 4 mushrooms. Use as appetizer or side dish on main course. Re-heat 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

4 mushrooms 4&1/2" - 5 " in diameter,
6 oz. fresh baby spinach,
4 T. ricotta cheese,
4 T. favorite grated cheese,
3 & 1/2 oz. fresh broccoli,
1/3 c. toasted panco bread crumbs,
4 garlic cloves,
1/4 c. onion,
season the spinach, mushroom and broccoli with salt and pepper
