1 1/2 lb Neck Bones ( Not enough For 2 People ), $2.55
1 c Dry Navy Beans soaked
4 oz Onion
5 Medium Garlic Cloves
1/4 c Brown Rice
1/2 c Home Made Tomato Sauce
2 oz Carrots
2 oz Celery
1/2 tsp ea Smoked Paprika And Chili Powder,
1/4 tsp Ground Bay Leaves or 2 Large Leaves
1 tsp ea Oregano and Thyme

Cooking Time:
Set Convection Roast - 450 Degrees 1/2 hr Start 1:30pm
2 pm Stove Top
3:15 Beans Added
3:45 1/4 c Brown Rice
4:40 cooking ends
