How To Make Fried Matzo Balls

Take the left over matzo balls, bread and fry them to serve as an appetizer or starch on your dinner plate. See my recipe for perfect matzo balls. Serve with cream sauce, mushroom sauce, salsa, ketchup, etc.

1/4 c. ea. fine yellow corn meal and bread crumbs
1/4 c. duram/semolina flour
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
