Salmon Salad From Leftovers

Salmon salad made from a piece of left over baked, broiled, sauteed or poached salmon. Make it just like tuna salad.

5 oz Salmon
1/4 c Mayonnaise,
1 1/2 T Onion,
1 1/2 T Celery,
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Black Pepper.
