How to make a salmon croquette without using breadcrumbs as a binding agent. Raw shrimps are placed inside the mix, Breaded with panko bread crumbs and sauteed in olive oil.

6 oz Cooked Salmon,
1 tsp Garlic
6 Shrimp 26-30 count
1 oz Shallots
2T Parsley
Panco Bread Crumbs
1oz Onions
1 T Butter
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1T Dry White Wine
2/3 c Thick Cream Sauce
