1 & 1/4 c. Kamut,
20 oz. chicken breast poached in 3 c. water and 1 tsp. sea salt,
4 oz. onion,
5 garlic cloves,
1 c. scallions,
2 & 1/2 - 3 oz. celery,
2 - 2 1/2 oz. celery,
2 tsp. 5 spice powder,
1/3 c. sunflower seeds,
2 T. liquid aminos or soy sauce,
1 tsp. sesame oil,
1 tsp. sea salt,
1/2 tsp. black pepper.
