1 c. cracked freekeh with 2 & 1/2 c. of water or stock. ,
fresh parsley,
2-3 oz. celery,
8 oz. frozen or fresh broccoli,
4 oz. plum tomato,
2 oz. red onion,
1 & 1/2 oz. red pepper,
1 & 1/2 oz. green pepper,
1/3 c. scallion,
3 large garlic cloves,
1/2 c. fresh cranberries,
3 oz. fresh or frozen green beans,
2/3 c. cashews,
1 tsp. sea salt,
1/2 tsp. black pepper,
1/4 c. olive oil
