1 lb. red kidney beans,
11-12 oz. onion,
1/3 c. garlic cloves,
1 & 1/2 lb. any potato,
8-9 oz. carrots,
1/2 lb. red pepper,
2 c. cabernet sauvignon,
4 lb. beef stew meat,
12 oz. pork fat with meat,
1&1/2 T. sea salt,
1 T. sriracha hot chili sauce,
1 T. dry oregano,
1 tsp. dry thyme,
3 ea. bay leaf.
