White Asparagus

Easy to cook white asparagus. This recipe is used when the white asparagus has a little bitter taste caused by a lack of freshness.

1 bunch asparagus cut 6 inches then peeled,
2 T. butter,
T. brown sugar,
1/4 c. heavy cream,
salt and pepper to taste
