8 oz. skinless and boneless striped bass or sea bass or red snapper
8 oz. julienne onion
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt and pepper mix
1/2 c. sauvignon blanc
1/4 c. heavy, light or 1/2&1/2 cream
1/3 c. all purpose flour
