Chicken Thighs With Fagioli Cannellini

Many ingredients add up to a delicious and somewhat healthy meal.

1/8 c. pignoli nuts,
8-12 oz.
whole wheat rigatoni,
5 garlic cloves,
6-7 oz. shallots,
1/2 c. cooked fresh spinach,
1 T. capers,
1 oz. bacon,
1/3 c. ricotta cheese.
2 large chicken thighs or 2 boneless chicken legs,
1 c. fagioli cannellini ( cooked )
