Sour Cream And Ricotta Meatballs

Tender meatballs cooked in fresh tomato sauce with heavy cream and butter. Use any combination of meats. No lean meats in this recipe.

1&1/2 lb. ground beef,
3/4 c. panco bread crumbs,
4 oz. onion,
5 garlic cloves,
1/3 c. sour cream,
1/3 c. ricotta cheese ( not low fat ),
1 egg with 1/3 c. heavy cream,
1&1/2 T. dry basil,
1&1/2 T. dry oregano,
1/2 tsp. black pepper,
1 tsp. sea salt,
1/4 c. buttler,
1 qt. fresh tomato sauce,
1 c. heavy cream
