Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing

Not the way it's done table side in a restaurant
BUT the same taste, creamy and will last for days. Probably taste better

3 garlic cloves,
1 whole egg + 1 yolk,
2 c. olive oil,
2 oz. anchovy,
1/2 tsp. hot sauce,
1/2 c. warm water,
1 tsp. Dijon mustard,
1/8 to 1/4 c. parmesan cheese.
