Basmati Rice With Shrimp

1 c. basmati rice,
4 oz peeled shrimp,
2 oz onion,
4 garlic cloves,
1 1/2 oz green pepper,
1 Tb. cumin,
1/2 tsp thyme,
3 bay leaf,
8 ea. cherry tomato,
2 oz fresh spinach,
1 lime,
1/4 c toasted almonds.

After 12 minutes add shrimp.
